In time, Doris will be built into the pharmacy’s own system. Until then this page is the bridge: copy the medicine label on the computer, show the QR code to the Doris tag writer and write the tag from there. The phone checks the text, shows exactly what the patient will hear and signs the tag – the signing never happens here.
How it works
- Copy the medicine label here on the computer – exactly as it is, expiry date included.
- Open the Doris tag writer on the phone, choose Scan QR code from the computer and point the camera at the code next to the form.
- Check the text on the phone – it is exactly what the patient will hear – and write the tag. The phone reads it back and says when it is done.
- Stick the tag on the box, next to the medicine label. If you like, you can lock the tag from the phone so it can never be rewritten.
Nothing is stored and nothing is sent. Everything you type here exists only in the QR code and in this tab – the page is not even allowed to reach the internet.
